Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were a delight, spotless and comfortable, but there were issues with getting everything wet, including the toilet paper. The hotel overlooks the iconic Firth's three bridges, which is a highlight, but otherwise, it is just average.
The hotel had clean and attractive rooms in an excellent location with beautiful views. The spacious room with a king size bed, fridge, and wall-mounted TV was not serviced during our three-day stay, which was a letdown after a previous positive experience at a different hotel. The service was exceptional throughout, although there was a minor issue with initial friendliness. The location, overlooking the Forth Road Bridge near Edinburgh, was great for convenient travel once all refurbishments are completed. The dining experience was good with very reasonable pricing, particularly enjoying coffee after meals. The hotel offers good value for money in terms of facilities.
The hotel offers a fabulous view of the bridge and is located in a scenic out-of-town location. The rooms are spacious, quiet, well-equipped, and very comfortable, although they are quite far from the main facilities. The service is polite, friendly, and professional, with some minor lapses in attentiveness. The location provides easy access to Edinburgh city center but can get crowded with wedding guests. The dining options are good but lack vegan choices. Overall, a great choice for a relaxing stay with some minor drawbacks.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were luxurious and overlooking both the road bridges. It was a perfect spot to celebrate our friend's birthday. The service was top-notch, with the staff doing their best to ensure everything was working smoothly. The location was great, allowing easy access to Edinburgh without needing a car, and the dining experience was excellent with a wide variety of choices available.
